Pathiq is an experienced investment professional and Director of Celeres Capital Advisors, where he leads strategic advisory initiatives across alternative investments. With a diverse background spanning real estate development, private equity, and sector-focused growth strategies – from student accommodation and healthcare to fintech and autonomous technology – he brings deep expertise in identifying, structuring, and scaling high-potential ventures. Pathiq’s career has included leadership roles in both the UK and Hong Kong, with a strong focus on family office investments, debt structuring, and long-term value creation.

As Portfolio Manager at Celeres Capital Advisors, Rishad leads investments across venture capital and private equity. His current portfolio includes high-growth companies ranging from luxury loungewear (SKIMS) to AI-driven education (Obrizum). Prior to joining Celeres, Rishad began his career at Strategy&, where he advised companies on market entry white specialising in private equity due diligences. Rishad holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Warwick and an MBA from London Business School.
